DIED 1886: ELEANOR COULLS, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled ” An Act to further amend the Law
of Property, and to relieve Trustees.”
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or
against the estate of Eleanor Coulls, late of Porthleven, in the county o£ Cornwall, Widow, deceased
(who died on the 11th February. 1886, and whose will and codicil were proved in the Bodmin District Registry of the
Probate Division of -Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 4th March, 1886, by Joseph James, of Porthleven
aforesaid, Retired Merchant Captain
, John Bunt, of Sandown, in the Isle of Wight, House and Estate Agent,
and Howard Harris, of Porthleven aforesaid, Schoolmaster, the executors therein named), arc hereby required
to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to me the undersigned, Solicitor for the said
executors, on or before the 30th April, 1886, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute
the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and
demands of which they shall then have had notice ; and the said executors will not be liable or accountable
for the’assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose claim or demand they shall not then

the estate of John Thomas late of Porthleven in the county of Cornwall Esquire deceased
(who died on the 8th day of May 1894 and whose will was proved in theDistrict Registry at Bodmin of the Probate Division of Her Majesty’s High of Justice on the 23rd day of May 1894 by John Carkeet and Charles Thomas the executors therein named) are hereby required to send the particulars in writing of their claims or demands to me the
undersigned on or before the 30th day of March 1895 after which date the executors will proceed to distribute
the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and
demands of which they shall then have had notice and they will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased
or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had

NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of
Rose Emma Sleeman late of Sunny Ascent Porthleven in the parish of Sithney in the county of Cornwall
(Wife of Henry Sleeman) deceased (who died on the 23rd day of January 1898 at Sunny Ascent Porthleven aforesaid and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 26th day of April 1898 by Helena Isabel Bradly the sole executrix therein named) are hereby required to send the particulars in writing of their claims and demands to us the undersigned on or before the first day of June 1898 after
which date the said executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties
entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which she shall then have had notice and
she will not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any persons of whose

Retired Farmer,.deceased (who died on the 30th day of September 1910, and probate of whose will was
granted on the 23rd day of November, 1910, out of the Bodmin District Registry of the Probate Division,
